Retinol dead cells ko shed karke fresh, vulnerable skin ko surface par lata hai, jisse temporarily stratum corneum ki natural photoprotection kam ho jati hai. Clinical Protocol: 1% Retinol aur Agle Din ki Protection
- Night (PM): Irritation ko minimize karne ke liye completely dry skin par pea-sized amount mein 1% retinol lagayein. Uske baad skin barrier ko support karne ke liye ek ceramide ya hyaluronic acid moisturizer lagayein.
- Morning (AM): Bacha hua retinol hatane ke liye skin ko cleanse karein. Apne routine ke final step mein ek broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 se 50, PA+++ ya usse zyada) lagayein, bhale hi aap poora din indoors rehne wale hon.
- Maintenance: Agar aap window ke paas kaam kar rahe hain ya blue light emit karne wali screens ke aage lamba time bita rahe hain, toh har 4-6 hours mein sunscreen reapply karein.
