SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE B1G1 SALE

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the terms of sale and order placed by you during the Buy 1 Get 1 Sale (“B1G1 Sale”) on the Website. By placing an order for the Products under the B1G1 Sale, it is deemed that you have read and understood and agreed to these T&Cs as set forth hereinunder. These T&Cs shall continue to be in force till the B1G1 Sale is live on the Website. All orders placed during the B1G1 Sale shall continue to be governed by these T&Cs. These T&Cs shall be read in conjunction with and form an integral part of the general T&Cs available on the Website. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of these T&Cs and the terms of the general T&Cs available on the Website, the terms of these T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

For B1G1 Sale, the price of the product with the higher value will be considered and be payable by the customer as offer price and the Product with the lower price shall be a free Product.

You are not permitted to combine benefits of any other promotion/offer/discounts with the B1G1 Sale, including but not limited to, coupon discounts, cashbacks etc., unless specified by the Company in writing.

You acknowledge that the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer the benefits of B1G1 Sale only on selected Products. You shall not be entitled to claim anything or raise a grievance to the Company regarding Products which have not been offered by the Company under the B1G1 Sale.

The Products available for purchase herein, are for personal use only. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any Products, in our sole discretion, purchased per person or per order. Maximum purchase per person or order is four units or 3000 Value (in INR). It is clarified that the Orders placed using the same customer account or the same credit card/debit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address shall be deemed Orders under one purchase ID by the Company. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or otherwise in violation of the general T&Cs.

We may also cancel your order, without limitation, due to: (i) non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by you; or (ii) inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. If your order has been cancelled by us, after the payment has been processed, the said amount shall be reversed / remitted to either to the bank account provided by you for such reversal, or to your payment instrument from which payment was made, or to any of your pre-paid payment instrument account(s) in accordance with the Return Policy available at the Website.
