Founded in 2020 by Ghazal Alagh and Varun Alagh under Honasa Consumer Limited, we are here to solve real skin concerns using proven and science-backed formulations.

Our Story

The Derma Co was founded in 2020 by Varun and Ghazal Alagh after a dermatologist consultation revealed that active ingredients outperform generic skincare products. They wanted to create a dedicated range of skincare products that were dermatologically designed, science-backed, safe, and effective.

Face Wash & Cleansers
Our cleansers are designed to deeply cleanse while maintaining skin balance. For example, 1% Salicylic Acid Face Wash helps control acne and excess oil, and 1% Kojic Acid Face Wash helps fade dark spots and reduce hyperpigmentation.

Face Serums
We offer targeted serums with high concentrations of active ingredients: 5% Niacinamide Serum for pore control and oil balance, 15% Vitamin C for brightening and glow, and 0.1% Retinol Serum for anti-ageing and skin renewal.

Face Moisturizers
Lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizers enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramides to hydrate and strengthen the skin barrier. Similarly, those featuring Salicylic Acid help clear acne while those containing Nia-Ceramide provide 24-hour hydration.

Sunscreens
Broad-spectrum SPF 50 and PA++++ sunscreens designed for Indian weather conditions. Our sunscreens are In-Vivo tested, lightweight, and leave no white cast. Try our 1% Hyaluronic, C-Cinamide or Pore Minimizing sun protectants in aqua or matte gel textures.

Body Care
Body lotions infused with Kojic Acid and Salicylic Acid help reduce pigmentation and improve skin texture while keeping skin hydrated. 

Hair Care
