The Derma Co 2% Salicylic Acid Serum is a great product that I’ve been using for a while, but be careful not to apply too much as it can dry out your skin. Start by using it every other day to allow your skin to adjust. It has no scent and absorbs really well. It helps fade acne marks and I didn’t experience any irritation, but it’s important to begin with a small amount. I wouldn’t recommend it for dry skin unless you use a moisturizer afterward. Overuse may dry your skin, but with proper use, it’s excellent for acne and pigmentation. I’ve repurchased it multiple times!

At first, I applied it once a week because I have sensitive, combination skin, and initially, it caused some bumps and texture. But after sticking with it, my skin cleared up, and I increased the frequency to twice a week. Over time, my complexion and texture improved, though it didn’t do much for blackheads. Now I use it daily (except on lazy days) and my skin looks much healthier, even though it still needs some time to fully clear up. The serum absorbs quickly, and I glow like never before! The smell was strong at first, but I’m used to it now. Definitely patch test first, and always use sunscreen the next day. Overall, this salicylic acid face serum is a game-changer!
